Light Green Grass-Shade Masterbatch for PE Blow Molding Bottles

The PE color masterbatch is compatible with PE blow molding processes (such as extrusion blow molding and stretch blow molding). It can disperse evenly during bottle forming, providing PE bottles with a stable and consistent green appearance. Meanwhile, it strictly meets food packaging safety requirements (such as complying with standards like FDA, EU 10/2011, and GB 4806.6), ensuring that pigments do not migrate, have no peculiar smell, and possess chemical resistance (resistant to contents such as acids, alkalis, and oils). It also does not affect the mechanical properties of PE bottles (such as impact resistance and drop resistance) and processing stability (such as melt fluidity and blow molding precision).

 

In addition, according to different application scenarios, different green tones (such as light green, dark green, and fluorescent green) and functions can be customized. For example, light-shielding color masterbatches are used to protect light-sensitive contents, and transparent green masterbatches are used to enhance the transparency of the bottle body.
