Product Description

Fluorescent pigments are pigments that emit luminescent colors under ultraviolet light irradiation. Fluorescent pigments have excellent performance in coloring plastics, sols, paper products, colorants, inks, paints, coatings, colorants, synthetic fibers, textiles, and more.
1. Application in plastic products
The main methods of use in plastic products include injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, kneading, and so on.
The main principle is to melt and disperse (dissolve) thermoplastic fluorescent pigments in plastic products at high temperatures.
The fluorescence of the product is related to factors such as the fluorescence of the fluorescent pigment itself, the compatibility between the fluorescent pigment and plastic products, and the temperature and time of the operating process.
2. Application in coatings, paints, inks, and colorants
The usage method of thermosetting fluorescent pigments: According to the production formula of coatings, paints, inks, and color pastes, add fluorescent pigments and other materials to a high-speed dispersion kettle for high-speed dispersion, and preferably require sanding (or three stick grinding). Disperse (sand grind) before adjusting paint (or ink). Finally, filter and package.
