Pigment Yellow 180 is a greenish-yellow disazo organic pigment with high tinting strength and heat resistance stability. Its chemical structure is a disazo benzimidazolone derivative, with the CAS number 77804-81-0.
In plastic coloring, this pigment has a heat resistance of up to 290°C, a light fastness of grade 6-7, and is non-migratory. In inks, it has good dispersibility and is suitable for solvent-based and water-based packaging inks for metal decorative paints. In powder coating applications, it can withstand heat up to 280°C and has a light fastness of grade 8. Through surface modification, Pigment Yellow 180 is suitable for engineering plastics, PVC, polycarbonate and other materials.
