Basic Information

Production Process

• Ingredients: Accurately weigh and prepare raw materials such as carrier resin, brown pigment, dispersant, and additives according to a certain formula ratio.
• Mixing: Add the prepared raw materials into a high-speed mixer for sufficient mixing to make each component evenly dispersed.
• Melt extrusion: Put the mixed raw materials into an extruder for melt extrusion under certain temperature and pressure, so that the pigment is evenly dispersed in the carrier resin.
• Pelletizing: The extruded material is cooled and then enters a pelletizer for granulation to form granular brown masterbatch.
