Product Description
Pigment Red 48:2.
Characteristics: Bright color, strong coloring power, good light and heat resistance, but poor acid and alkali resistance. It appears purple red in concentrated sulfuric acid, and after dilution, it forms a blue red precipitate. It turns brown red when exposed to concentrated acid
Application: Mainly used in the fields of ink, coatings, soft plastics, etc. It is the standard red color used by the American gravure printing technology association as packaging gravure ink, suitable for NC type packaging ink, but it will thicken in water-based ink. Colored in soft PVC without color bleeding, heat-resistant in HDPE at 230 ºC/5min, widely used for LDPE coloring, can also be used for PP pulp coloring, and can also be used for fiber grade, such as pre spinning coloring of polypropylene fibers.
