Product Description

Blue Masterbatch is a plastic coloring granule made by uniformly dispersing high-concentration blue pigments (commonly phthalocyanine blue, as well as ultramarine blue, etc.) into carrier resins (such as PE, PP, ABS), with the addition of dispersants, lubricants and antioxidants, followed by high-speed mixing and twin-screw extrusion granulation. It can be blended with base plastics at a ratio of usually 1%-4% for processing, eliminating the need for direct use of powder pigments, making it more environmentally friendly and efficient.
